Returns

Many problems can be solved before items are returned so please contact us before sending anything back.

If wish to return an item you no longer require you can send it back to us within 7 days for a full refund at the price you paid for the item/s or an exchange. In these cases the product must be unused, never fitted (components), in their original display packaging and securely packaged for their return journey All returns are sent at your own expense.  Please include the following information with your returns package:

• Full name and address
• Email and contact telephone number
• Order reference number
• Reason for return
• Required action: return or replacement item
